Membership September 2021 – August 2022  

Membership and Data Protection Consent Form

Membership is by annual subscription – £15 for a single person or £25 for a couple, payable by the end September of each year.

Membership includes free entry to all meetings* and priority booking if event numbers are restricted, plus a copy of our annual journal, The Harptreenian, the online Newsletter and all History Society email communications.

*with the exception of the December Supper and summer visits.

Annual Subscription

Individual: £15 per year

Joint: £25 per year (two people at the same address, receiving one copy of the Harptreenian).

By signing or printing your name(s) on this form and submitting it, you consent to the History Society holding and using your contact details. See below**. Group photographs are occasionally taken for publicity or for the Society’s scrapbook. Please contact a committee member if you do not wish to be photographed.

Members’ details are held for use within the Harptrees History Society for correspondence and contact only. Your details will be kept secure and never used for commercial purposes or passed on to other organisations. This membership form will be held only as a hard copy in a folder stored by the Membership Secretary. Your email address (if you give it) will be held by the Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson and Treasurer on computers with up to date security. 

Details of lapsed members will be deleted after 12 months if we have not heard from you. You may at any time ask to have them removed from our records.
